This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys <strong>prospecting, </strong> passionate<strong> building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, closing deals and </strong>delivering exceptional customer service, and helping them find the right solutions for their pest control needs. </p><p><br/></p><p>As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new commercial accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you. If you're competitive, self-motivated, highly coachable, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we'd love to hear from you. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Sales experience is preferred but not required.</strong> </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits and identify customer’s needs and expectations</li><li>Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed</li><li>Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services</li><li>Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business </li><li>Meet or exceed established sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets</li><li>Manage a sales pipeline and consistently identify new opportunities </li><li>Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information within CRM systems </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>We offer our Sales Representatives:</strong></p><ul><li>Benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as 401K and Profit Sharing.</li><li>We provide a company vehicle with a gas card, computer, and cell phone for work use.</li><li>Ability to start from home</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>ABC Home and Commercial Services has been providing Pest, Pool and Lawn services in the Houston area for over 30yrs!!
