The full time, non-exempt, Strategic Partnerships Associate is primarily responsible for identifying, securing, and scaling new affiliate partner relationships that drive growth for our clients. They own the complete affiliate relationship, from initial outreach and recruitment through onboarding, optimization, and ongoing relationship management. They act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, maintain and report on key metrics for both recruitment and optimization performance, and work collaboratively with the operations and product teams to maximize partnership opportunities. The full time, non-exempt, Strategic Partnerships Associate is primarily responsible for identifying, securing, and scaling new affiliate partner relationships that drive growth for our clients. What You'll Do:

What You Have:
