recruiters supporting Construction Management hiring across the United States.</p></li><li>Create a culture of proactive recruiting, strategic sourcing, exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.</li><li>Champion the Talent Advisor model by coaching recruiters to become trusted consultants to business leaders.</li><li>Partner with Construction Management leadership, HR and TA leadership on workforce planning, succession planning and long-term hiring strategies.</li><li>Represent Talent Acquisition during business reviews, workforce planning sessions and strategic growth initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Recruiting & Industry Engagement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Personally recruit executive, senior leadership and business-critical Construction Management positions.</p></li><li>Leverage an extensive network of Construction Management professionals to identify and recruit exceptional passive talent.</li><li>Develop relationships with project executives, construction managers, owners' representatives, program directors, project controls leaders and other industry professionals.</li><li>Build proactive talent pipelines before project awards and anticipated business growth.</li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence, organizational mapping and market research to identify top talent across the industry.</li><li>Represent AECOM at industry associations, conferences and networking events to strengthen our employment brand.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Partnership & Workforce Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the trusted Talent Advisor to senior Construction Management executives.</li><li>Translate project pipelines, contract awards and business growth plans into proactive recruiting strategies.</li><li>Provide executive-level insights regarding compensation trends, competitor activity, candidate sentiment and labor market conditions.</li><li>Lead consultative intake meetings that establish success profiles, sourcing strategies and realistic hiring expectations.</li><li>Influence hiring decisions through data, market expertise and strategic consultation.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence & Innovation</strong></p><ul><li>Champion AI-enabled recruiting technologies, automation and labor market intelligence tools.</li><li>Utilize recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, pipeline health and recruiter effectiveness.</li><li>Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.</li><li>Ensure compliance, data integrity and continuous process class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting within Construction Management, Infrastructure, Engineering, EPC or related industries or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.</li><li>2+ years of recruiting leadership experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success recruiting executive and highly specialized Construction Management talent.</li><li>Established professional network and long-standing relationships throughout the Construction Management industry.</li><li>Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates through relationships, networking and market expertise rather than relying primarily on applicant flow.</li><li>Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce planning and talent strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within a leading Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), EPC or Infrastructure organization.</li><li>Expertise with AI-enabled recruiting technologies, labor market intelligence and advanced sourcing platforms.</li><li>Experience conducting executive search, competitive
