This is a quota-carrying role for someone who stays closely connected to customers year-round, builds momentum through proactive outreach, and turns account insight into growth opportunities.</p><p>The Account Manager serves as a primary relationship owner for their portfolio, helping customers realize ongoing value from the platform while identifying opportunities to deepen adoption, expand usage, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role also works closely with systems integrators, channel partners, and reseller partners to support joint opportunities and deliver a cohesive customer experience.</p>What You'll Do<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and handling escalations with support as needed</li><li>Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach throughout the year to strengthen relationships, reinforce value, and stay ahead of renewal risk</li><li>Own subscription renewals across the assigned book of business, driving retention and contributing to overall revenue goals</li><li>Identify and advance expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell, cross-sell, and pricing motions</li><li>Educate customers on platform value, functionality, and new features so they can maximize adoption and business impact</li><li>Recognize signs of under-utilization or account risk early and step in with recommendations, training, or resources before issues escalate</li><li>Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with selected customers to demonstrate value, review progress, and uncover growth opportunities</li><li>Maintain disciplined weekly forecasting in HubSpot for renewal and expansion opportunities, applying the MEDPICC framework to qualify and stage deals consistently</li><li>Partner with systems integrators, channel partners, and reseller partners to align on account strategy, support technical discussions, and present a unified value proposition</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle</li><li>Use account data and analytics to identify trends, surface risks, and prioritize actions that support retention and growth</li><li>Travel to support customer relationship-building and key account engagements as needed</li></ul> <ul><li>4-6 years of experience in software sales, specifically account management</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing a book of business with quota and revenue responsibility</li><li>Demonstrated success with renewals and driving expansion revenue</li><li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform</li><li>Experience in unified communications or collaboration platforms, or selling adjacent technologies is strongly preferred</li><li>Experience managing enterprise, government, healthcare, or finance accounts</li><li>Familiarity with MEDICC, MEDPICC, or a similar qualification framework</li><li>Ability to travel for customer meetings as needed</li><li>Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain active engagement across a portfolio of accounts</li><li>Confidence leading renewal and expansion conversations and moving opportunities forward with urgency</li><li>Strong communication skills across customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal interactions</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple active priorities and revenue goals</li><li>Ability to translate product capabilities into practical customer value and business outcomes</li><li>Sound judgment in identifying account health signals, addressing objections, and responding proactively to risk</li><li>Discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene, with strong attention to opportunity status and next steps</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partner networks</li></ul> <p>We offer a fully remote environment, plus a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance and disability policies, 401(k) with a generous matching program, and paid time off.</p>
