We are a hypergrowth company looking to hire a part-time Partner Care Agent to support our company's rapid growth. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work from home in a fast paced start up environment where you will play an integral part of our success.<br><br> </div><div>Main Responsibilities<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Partner with CEO and current team members to provide operational and customer service support to our expanding client base</li> <li>Communicate regularly via phone and email to build relationships with existing clients and support teams</li> <li>Successfully reach pre-established targets for scheduling partner events</li> <li>Update CRM with individual partner information</li> <li>Willingness to be responsive during "off peak" hours, which may include being on call from 5pm-7pm.</li> <li>Other duties and tasks as assigned and as the position evolves</li> <li>Train and manage Brand Ambassadors as they Host events at Partnered buildings</li> </ul><div>Key Requirements<br><br> </div><ul> <li>The ability to multi task, meet deadlines and goals</li> <li>The ability to work independently and come up with solutions proactively</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Excellent problem solving skills</li> <li>Experience with CRM's</li> <li>Works well in a fast paced, ever changing environment.</li> <li>Likes the idea of rolling up your sleeves and contributing whenever possible.</li> <li>A nurturing personality, we want our partners to feel special!</li> </ul><div>Salary: $15 per hour, average pay with bonuses and overrides $25-$30 per hour<br><br> </div><div>Benefits:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Paid training</li> <li>Work from home</li> </ul><div>Supplemental pay types:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Bonus pay, 1% of volume</li></ul><div>Experience:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Customer service: 5 years (Required)</li></ul><div>Work Location: Remote<br><br> </div><div>Job Type: Part-time<br><br> </div><div>Benefits:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><div>Schedule:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>On call</li> </ul><div>Supplemental Pay:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Bonus opportunities</li></ul><div>Experience:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Account management: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul><div>Work Location: Remote</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
