<h1><strong>U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.</strong></h1><p>&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Implementation Test Lead </strong>to help ensure the quality and reliability of a financial management system for a federal agency. By supporting the testing and deployment strategy, you will assist in replacing customized legacy infrastructure with a modern, managed SaaS platform. This role requires a strong background in system integration testing, UAT coordination, and test planning within the context of ERP or financial systems implementation.</span></p><h2>Key Responsibilties:</h2><ul><li><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Test Strategy &amp; Execution</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">: Develop and run an end-to-end testing strategy across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (including Dataverse, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to make sure business processes work as intended.</span></li><li><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Data Migration Quality Assurance</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">: Create and execute test plans and scripts that verify data migration from legacy applications, minimizing errors during system cutover. </span></li><li><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Collaborative Teamwork</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">: Collaborate across technical and functional teams, helping coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reporting testing progress to keep project stakeholders informed.</span></li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><strong><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">US Citizenship required (dual citizens are ineligible)</span></em></strong></li><li><strong><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The position will require a Public Trust background investigation</span></em></strong></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">5+ years of experience leading software testing efforts within large-scale ERP or financial system implementations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience coordinating UAT and collaborating with stakeholders to validate business processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Familiarity with basic SQL and JSON/XML structures to validate data and troubleshoot integration issues.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Practical experience with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including writing test scripts, managing defects, and coordinating UAT.</span></li><li><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Familiarity with legacy system migration and data conversion strategies</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, particularly within a US Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Familiarity with Microsoft's Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) and Azure DevOps.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or similar.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%;">General understanding of federal accounting principles or internal controls. </span></li></ul><h2>Our Culture: What Makes Ascella Employees Great</h2><div><p data-path-to-node="10">At Ascella, we celebrate <strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="25">innovative thinkers</strong> who are empowered to share their ideas and tackle real business challenges.
