<div style="margin: 0px;"> <p><strong>This role is remote but must be willing to work 8:30-5 Eastern time.</strong></p> <p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Associate, Systems Administrator is responsible for administration of BAYADA Home Health Care systems, software, and infrastructure resources, with a focus on cloud and on-prem server environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, Linux, Microsoft Server, Cloudflare, SharePoint Online, Varonis, storage administration, disaster recovery planning and testing and enterprise email systems.</p> <p>The Senior Associate is responsible for varied support services duties including, but not limited to, administration and management of systems noted above, supporting security initiatives, troubleshooting systems, managing vendor relationships, renewals, and technical assessments, creation of work documentation, preparation of reports, analysis of data and metrics, presentation of findings, and the provision of administrative and project support.</p> <p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.</li> <li>Four (4) year college degree.</li> <li>Three (3) to five (5) years successful experience in a related field.</li> <li>Technical competence in two (2) or more applicable technologies — e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Entra, Terraform, Linux, Microsoft Server, or enterprise backup/storage platform (Rubrik, Pure Storage) certifications preferred.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.</li> <li>Develop working knowledge of BAYADA mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Create and manage policies, practices, standards, and procedures related to BAYADA IT systems and services, as applicable.</li> <li>Provide day-to-day operational management support of the office's routine work plan or special projects.</li> <li>Formulate strategies to ensure successful completion of the office's routine work plan or special projects and revise the information to meet changing needs and requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics of change control and/or notification of incidents and events.</li> <li>Perform general and routine administration — including installation, maintenance, monitoring, configuration, recovery, and updates — across applicable technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform/Infrastructure as Code, Linux servers, Microsoft Server environments, and enterprise email platforms.</li> <li>Perform research, analysis, and resolution of problems to effectively meet established service levels and performance metrics.</li> <li>Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.</li> <li>Serve as a primary engineer for enterprise data protection platforms — including backup, recovery, archival, and cloud/object storage solutions — monitoring backup health, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining backup infrastructure for on-premises and cloud workloads.</li> <li>Manage backup retention strategies, archival policies, immutability, and cloud backup architecture.</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including multi-region recovery architecture, replication strategies, RPO/RTO planning, network failover design, and DR testing and validation.</li> <li>Lead and coordinate disaster recovery planning sessions and annual disaster recovery exercises.</li> <li>Administer cloud storage, backup, and networking services (e.g., AWS, object storage, NAS platforms, Direct Connect) supporting resiliency and recovery initiatives; participate in architecture reviews and technical assessments for cloud-based services.</li> <li>Administer network, DNS, and access-related infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, identity/SSO platforms) and participate in infrastructure security control reviews.</li> <li>Participate in change management, CAB reviews, and maintenance planning; develop operational procedures, technical documentation, and recovery runbooks.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships, technical reviews, renewals, and proof-of-concept activities for infrastructure, storage, and backup platforms; gather quotes, evaluate solutions, and present recommendations to support procurement efforts.</li> <li>Maintain office and system metrics and associated reports.</li> <li>Provide backup support for routine support questions.</li> <li>Support the team (office and company) and provide back up as needed.</li> <li>Research complex information through the compilation of statistics, analysis of data and summarization of information for review.</li> <li>Participate in special projects: prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc…).</li> <li>Draft and distribute professional correspondence and announcements (including the publication of newsworthy information in the BAYADA Bulletin).</li> <li>Support annual audits and compliance reviews, as needed.</li> <li>Learn various aspects of organization through technology training, hands-on learning, cross-training and site visits.</li> <li>Maintain office(s) organization charts and associated email and call lists.</li> <li>Maintain understanding of company's organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives.</li> <li>Demonstrate an increased level of technical, mathematical, or scientific skill.</li> <li>Progressively assume additional responsibilities as needed.</li> <li>Analyze and identify the resources required to complete the office's routine work plan or special projects.</li> <li>Conduct behavior in a professional manner.</li> <li>Require on-call availability and require working during non-business hours and on weekends, as needed.</li> <li>Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.</li> <li>Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.</li> </ul> </div> <p>BAYADA believes that our employees are our greatest asset:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary: $80,000 - $90.000 / year </strong>depending on qualifications</li> <li><strong>Bonus Opportunity</strong></li> <li>BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program</li> <li>To learn more about BAYADA Benefits, <a href="https://www.bayada.com/benefits/">click here</a></li> </ul> <p>#LIRX</p> <p>#JoinBAYADA-RX</p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span style="color: black;">As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.</span></strong></p> <p>BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
