These applications include Oracle ERP / FCC / PBC, Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Longview.</p><p>The primary goal is to ensure our finance applications run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and in particular with minimization of disruption during peak finance reporting cycles. This role will be a key project team contributor in the implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformation. Additionally, this role will deputize a variety of tasks owned by the Global Finance Applications Lead during their periods of planned leave of absence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the configuration of software applications and modules, often cloud hosted. Including maintaining application settings, administration configurations and standing data migrations, if necessary</li><li>Manage ongoing application role security in line with best practice and our global SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) control framework. Work with the business to determine appropriate role security for new Finance applications, then lead on the periodic assessment of those controls with auditors</li><li>Perform Finance application user provisioning, including managing change request tickets relating to those applications</li><li>Lead as the primary resource that manages the Finance applications ticket boards</li><li>Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to gather regularly updated priorities regarding the change pipeline and open tickets</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and outages in the Finance software and integrations</li><li>Support our out-source partners in monitoring system performance</li><li>Review upcoming application updates and software releases. Plan and lead the testing of impacted processes in collaboration with the Finance process owners</li><li>Develop expertise to assist in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems</li><li>Assist with creation of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications</li><li>Support requests of internal and external auditors relating to Finance applications and technology</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills</li><li><strong>4-6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials</strong> professional corporate work experience</li><li><strong>Minimum 5 years</strong> of experience in <strong>managing or administering</strong> <strong>vendor hosted cloud applications</strong> (preferably finance applications), <strong>such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Longview</strong></li><li>Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude</li><li>Demonstrated experience with supporting projects and working with other team members to execute deliverables</li><li><strong>Strong written and verbal communication skills</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in the Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>This role will work for a US-based client during US EST business hours.</p></div></section>
