font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities:</span></h2><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;" data-pasted="true"><ul><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Develop and execute sales strategies to grow captive membership, premium volume, and revenue</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Build and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, CFOs, HR leaders, business owners, and other key decision-makers</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Identify, prospect, and cultivate opportunities with middle-market, upper middle-market, and national account employers</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Educate prospects and partners on self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, captive insurance, and healthcare cost management strategies</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and close</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate with underwriting, account management, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and support retention efforts</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Represent BevCap at industry conferences, broker meetings, networking events, and client presentations</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity within Salesforce and HubSpot</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Travel as needed to support business development, client meetings, and market-facing events</li></ul></div><h2><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Qualifications:</span></h2><ul><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in medical stop-loss, self-funded employee benefits, captive insurance, or a related field</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business goals</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Established relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or employer decision-makers</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of self-funded health plans, medical stop-loss, and employee benefits strategies</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Ability to explain complex insurance and financial concepts to executive audiences</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred</li><li style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Active Accident &amp;
