We work as an agile, intentional small team with the best of the best in Strategy, Data Analysis, Design and Development. </p> <p>Our 4 core values are: OWNERSHIP, HUNGER, EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY.</p> <p>As a boutique agency we only work with a maximum of 13 active clients.</p> <h2 id="aufgaben">Aufgaben</h2> <ul> <li>You’ll develop roadmaps, hypotheses, ideas, and concepts as part of our redesign and testing team</li> <li>based on data analyses you’ve conducted yourself.</li> <li>Focusing on your favorite brands from Germany and the U.S.</li> <li>This involves both the details and the big picture: new funnels, offers, redesigns and also small tests that we implement.</li> <li>You’ll work closely with your team of self-directed senior designer and developer to ensure your strategies are implemented optimally</li> <li>To achieve maximum visual (aesthetic) and business (uplift) impact for our clients.</li> </ul> <h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2> <ul> <li>The bottom line is that you&#39;re an incredible e-commerce geek.
