This role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, Dataverse, integrations, and structured team-based development practices.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and customizing <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions</strong>, including Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, REST API integrations, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Platform Dataflows.</p><p>The candidate should be comfortable working within a multi-developer environment using Git-based source control, feature branching, pull requests, CI/CD processes, and shared codebases. Experience supporting government, public-sector, or state education environments is highly preferred.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</li><li>Experience developing and customizing Model-Driven Apps.</li><li>Strong understanding of Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security plugins, integrations, and APIs using C#/.NET.</li><li>Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, form scripting, and PCF controls.</li><li>Design and develop REST API integrations and enterprise data integration solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain Power Platform Dataflows for ETL and data ingestion requirements.</li><li>Develop and configure Power Pages solutions.</li><li>Integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for reporting, embedding, and data visualization.</li><li>Manage application and solution lifecycle through Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.</li><li>Participate in feature branching, pull requests, code reviews, and merge/conflict resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and technical teams working within a shared codebase.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through structured root cause analysis.</li><li>Support application deployments, releases, and technical implementation activities.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment documentation, and development standards.</li><li>Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Power Platform development and security best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365
