This is a fully remote opportunity for a senior technology leader with expertise in cloud-native application development, enterprise architecture, AWS, Microservices, and AI-assisted software delivery.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable enterprise solutions, leading Agile development teams, and delivering secure, production-ready applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>18–20+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Software Engineer.</li><li>U.S. Citizen (No Dual Citizenship).</li><li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.</li><li>Experience supporting government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience leading Agile development teams and enterprise software delivery initiatives.</li></ul><p>Required Technical Skills</p><p>Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies:</p><ul><li>Python</li><li>Java</li><li>React.js</li><li>Spring Boot</li><li>RESTful APIs</li><li>Microservices Architecture</li><li>AWS Cloud Services:</li><li>EC2</li><li>Lambda</li><li>S3</li><li>RDS</li><li>API Gateway</li><li>SQS</li><li>Docker</li><li>Kubernetes</li><li>CI/CD Pipelines</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</li><li>DevSecOps Practices</li><li>Git and GitHub</li><li>Agile / Scrum Methodologies</li></ul><p>AI-Assisted Development Experience (Required)</p><p>Candidates must have practical experience using approved AI-assisted development tools, including but not limited to:</p><ul><li>GitHub Copilot</li><li>Amazon Q</li><li>ChatGPT</li><li>Claude</li><li>Similar enterprise-approved AI development tools</li></ul><p>Candidates should demonstrate experience utilizing AI tools throughout the SDLC, including:</p><ul><li>Requirements Analysis</li><li>Solution Architecture and Design</li><li>Application Development</li><li>Unit and Integration Testing</li><li>Documentation</li><li>Code Reviews</li><li>Troubleshooting</li><li>Production Support</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> AI-assisted development experience must be clearly demonstrated in the candidate’s resume.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale software solutions.</li><li>Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to Agile development teams.</li><li>Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.</li><li>Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and distributed systems.</li><li>Design and develop RESTful APIs and modern application integrations.</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices.</li><li>Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.</li><li>Drive software quality through code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices.</li><li>Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li><li>Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement.</li></ul><p>Additional Required Experience</p><ul><li>Strong experience designing cloud-native enterprise applications.</li><li>Extensive AWS architecture and development experience.</li><li>Deep understanding of Microservices patterns and distributed systems.</li><li>Experience with scalable API design and implementation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.</li><li>Experience implementing CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code.</li><li>Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges.</li></ul><p>Preferred Professional Attributes</p><ul><li>Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering quality solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments.</li><li>Passion for emerging technologies and modern software engineering practices.</li><li>Willingness to support critical production issues when required.</li></ul><p>Security Requirements</p><ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen (No Dual Citizenship).</li><li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>About BizTech Fusion</p><p>BizTech Fusion delivers innovative technology solutions by connecting experienced professionals with impactful projects.
