Headquartered in Grenoble, France, with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, and Spain, we are a global team committed to fighting climate change.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> </p><ul><li>Accurately type, format, and edit a variety of documents, including reports, technical specifications, and general correspondence.</li><li>Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional speed and accuracy, maintaining our databases and filing systems.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other corporate documents.</li><li>Manage and organise digital files, ensuring all records are kept current and are easily accessible to relevant team members.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, such as handling email queries and assisting with scheduling tasks.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and time zones to support operational needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a typist, data entry, or administrative support role.</li><li>Excellent typing speed and a high level of accuracy are essential.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.</li><li>Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.</li><li>The ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>An interest in the renewable energy or environmental sector is highly desirable but not essential.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></p><p>The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.</p><p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
