<p>BuzzyBooth helps restaurants, bars, family entertainment centers, dental practices, and other brick-and-mortar businesses turn their customers into leads, five-star reviews, social content, and repeat visits—all with minimal staff involvement.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Remote Sales Development Representative who can consistently connect with business owners, qualify opportunities, and book sales demonstrations.</p><p></p><p>## The Role:</p><p>This is an SDR role, you will use a multi-touch, multi-channel outreach strategy that includes:</p><p>* Phone call &amp; Voicemail</p><p>* Email outreach</p><p>* SMS &amp; Whatsapp and text follow-up</p><p>* Persistent follow-up across multiple days and touchpoints</p><p>You must be comfortable speaking directly with business owners, handling objections, and following up consistently without sounding robotic or overly aggressive.</p><p></p><p>## Responsibilities:</p><p>* Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and text</p><p>* Execute structured multi-touch follow-up sequences</p><p>* Qualify prospects based on business type, customer traffic, needs, authority, and interest</p><p>* Book qualified demonstrations for the sales team</p><p>* Re-engage older leads that previously expressed interest</p><p>* Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage pipelines, tasks, conversations, notes, and appointment statuses</p> <p>## Required Experience:</p><p>* At least 2 years of SDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience</p><p>* Proven experience using calls, emails, and SMS together—not relying on one channel</p><p>* Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel</p><p>* Experience managing leads through multiple follow-up attempts</p><p>* Strong spoken and written English</p><p>* Clear, confident, and professional phone presence</p><p>* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls</p><p>* Able to handle rejection and objections without losing momentum</p><p>* Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet working environment</p><p>* Highly organized and able to work independently</p><p>* Available during designated U.S. business hours</p><p></p><p>## Preferred Experience:</p><p>* Selling SaaS, marketing services, or technology</p><p>* Selling to restaurants, bars, dental practices, family entertainment centers, or other local businesses</p><p>* Speaking with business owners and decision-makers</p><p>* Working with inbound leads, cold leads, and reactivation campaigns</p><p>* Using sales scripts, automated workflows, dialers, and appointment calendars</p><p></p><p>## What Success Looks Like</p><p>You consistently follow up with every assigned lead, create real conversations with qualified business owners, book appointments that actually show up, and maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in GoHighLevel.</p>
