In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our people operations — ensuring our caregivers and staff are supported, paid accurately, and set up for success. If you're passionate about HR, love keeping things organized, and want to make a real difference in a healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees</li> <li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files</li> <li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientations</li> <li>Administer employee benefits, including health insurance enrollments and changes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare regulations</li> <li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies</li> <li>Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews</li> <li>Prepare HR and payroll reports for management as needed</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>2+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a related role</li> <li>Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms preferred)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements</li> <li>Experience in a healthcare or home health setting is a plus</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first attitude</li> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>Care Essentials Home Health is a trusted provider of compassionate, high-quality home health services dedicated to improving the lives of patients and families in our community.
