We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual ideas and strategies.<br /><br />Work Schedule: Friday to Monday 8:00 PM EST - 5:00 AM EST</p><p>We´re looking for a Night Dispatcher and in Charger is responsible for overnight shipment monitoring, customer communication, track and trace activities, exception management, appointment coordination, operational reporting, and proactive problem resolution to ensure efficient transportation operations and exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p>Responsabilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor and track active shipments throughout weekend overnight hours, maintaining real-time visibility and service performance.</li><li>Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.</li><li>Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate and timely information.</li><li>Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.</li><li>Identify, escalate, and resolve service disruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational exceptions.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.</li><li>Prepare and distribute overnight reports, ensuring all critical updates and exceptions are communicated to the daytime operations team.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.</li></ul> <ul> <li><p>2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred</p></li> <li><p>Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required</p></li> <li><p>Previous experience in an analyst role and or in pricing function is an asset</p></li> <li><p>Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them</p></li> <li><p>Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset</p></li> <li><p>Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process</p></li> <li><p>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills &amp; strong interpersonal and customer relation skills</p></li> <li><p>Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability</p></li> <li><p>Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment</p></li> </ul> <p></p><ul> <li>Professional growth career</li> <li>Competitive pay package</li> <li>Performance-based bonus</li> </ul><p></p><p>In Charger Logistics we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.</p><p>We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
