<p>Description</p><p>The Accounts Payable Clerk compiles and maintains accounts payable records.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Obtain W-9s for new vendor setup</li><li>Review client guidelines and internal guidelines for proper handling of vendor invoices</li><li>Work with other AP clerks in reviewing/processing employee expense reports</li><li>AP Workflow administration including routing invoices for approval</li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices and payments</li><li>Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices are recorded </li><li>Other AP duties as needed</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicating - Legal Professionals provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way.
