What will you do?

As a Business Development Manager at Clearcover, you will drive growth by identifying and securing new partnerships in the auto insurance sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach through innovative agency and storefront collaborations.

What do you need?

3+ years of business development or agency-appointment experience in the Personal Lines insurance space, preferably Non-Standard Auto.
Demonstrated track record of independently sourcing and closing new distribution partnerships—this is the core function of the role, not a stretch expectation.
Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite and capable of self-servicing data needs through AI usage or SQL/Python/R coding.
Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable prospecting and pitching partners both virtually and in-person.
Team player, willing and able to work cross-functionally and with direct team members.
Capable of managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
