<p>Description</p><p><strong>Help Us Build Our Arizona Practice</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What if your next opportunity wasn't just another job?</strong></p><p>Cohen Law Group is expanding its Arizona practice and looking for an <strong>Arizona-licensed attorney who is excited about the opportunity to help shape and grow our presence in the state.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We're looking for a strong litigator who wants <strong>autonomy, meaningful case ownership, client interaction, and the opportunity to directly influence their earning potential.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + quarterly bonuses</strong></p><ul><li><strong>20% commission</strong> on collected attorney fees from <strong>firm-generated cases</strong></li><li><strong>30% commission</strong> on collected attorney fees from <strong>self-generated cases</strong></li><li>Quarterly performance bonuses</li><li><strong>No cap on commissions</strong></li><li>Significant earning potential for high performers</li></ul><p>A productive attorney can have the opportunity to earn <strong>$150,000–$250,000+</strong>, with greater upside for exceptional production.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>You'll take ownership of first-party insurance litigation matters from intake through resolution, including:</p><ul><li>Managing your own caseload</li><li>Developing case strategy</li><li>Depositions, hearings and mediations</li><li>Drafting pleadings, motions and discovery</li><li>Negotiating settlements</li><li>Advocating for policyholders</li><li>Building client and referral relationships</li><li>Working with a strong team of attorneys and support professionals</li></ul><p><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We're interested in attorneys who are:</p><ul><li>Licensed and in good standing in Arizona</li><li>Strong litigators and communicators</li><li>Comfortable managing cases independently</li><li>Client-focused and responsive</li><li>Motivated by growth and results</li><li>Interested in building a practice—not just taking a job</li></ul><p><strong>Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.</strong> First-party property, insurance defense, coverage, bad faith, civil litigation, construction or trial experience are all valuable.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Cohen Law Group?</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We're building our <strong>Arizona practice</strong>, and the attorney who joins us will have an opportunity to help shape it.</p><p>You'll have the <strong>resources, technology, systems and support of an established litigation firm</strong> while still having the autonomy and earning potential of an entrepreneurial role.</p><p><br/></p><p>And if you're currently working in <strong>insurance defense</strong>, we'd especially love to talk with you.
