<p>We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about designing scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing technology solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities. You combine strong architectural expertise with a deep understanding of software development, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise systems, and you are comfortable working directly with clients and technical teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.</p><p>This is a remote position.</p><p>Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication, technical discussions, and collaboration with international teams and clients.</p><h3>You will:</h3><ul><li><p>Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business requirements, technical constraints, security standards, and scalability needs.</p></li><li><p>Define architecture principles, technical standards, integration patterns, and development guidelines across projects.</p></li><li><p>Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures using platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.</p></li><li><p>Define backend, frontend, data, integration, security, and infrastructure components required for each solution.</p></li><li><p>Design and oversee REST APIs, gRPC services, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration solutions.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and architectural approaches based on project needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Technical Leads, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, Data teams, Product, and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design discussions with clients.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and integration specifications.</p></li><li><p>Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance constraints, and scalability challenges early in the solution lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Define strategies for availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, observability, security, and performance.</p></li><li><p>Support technical estimations, project planning, and implementation roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure alignment with defined architecture.</p></li><li><p>Review implementations and support teams in resolving complex architectural and technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, data protection, and industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture standards, reusable components, and technology capabilities.</p></li></ul><h3>Ideally, you'd have:</h3><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or solution architecture.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience designing enterprise-level solutions and complex distributed systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and domain-driven design concepts.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of backend technologies such as .NET / C# and Java Spring Boot.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of modern frontend architectures and technologies such as React and Next.js.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing REST APIs, gRPC services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API management.</p></li><li><p>Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.</p></li><li><p>Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery processes.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity management, and application security.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of technologies and standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API gateways, and identity providers.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing highly available, scalable, resilient, and secure systems.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, performance, and disaster recovery strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make architecture decisions based on business and technical priorities.</p></li><li><p>Experience producing architecture documentation using diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with distributed or global teams.</p></li></ul>
