This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Propose innovative solutions to overcome recruiting barriers and develop strategies for new initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, anticipating future staffing needs and industry trends including market compensation movement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, cold calling, conferences, and local/national outreach campaigns, to identify and attract qualified candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a strong network within the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine communities.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead weekly recruiting meetings with Practice stakeholders, including Medical Directors and operations teams, to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinician positions, including candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive a high standard of excellence in candidate evaluation and selection.&nbsp;</li><li>Discuss employment agreements and compensation terms with potential candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for newly recruited physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).&nbsp;</li><li>Attend national and local conferences to network, stay informed about industry trends, and promote our organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct candidate hospital tours to highlight our facilities and opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key performance indicators and recruitment outcomes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with professionals internal and external to the company and across geographic locations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Exhibit growth mindset and team-orientated behaviors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Navigate competing priorities and effectively work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Core Clinical Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.</em></p><p><br/></p><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
