<p>We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.<br /></p><p></p><p>The responsibilities of this position are:</p><ul><li> Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.</li><li>Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients.</li><li>Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process.</li><li>Hold interviews in Spanish.</li><li>Hold interviews in English.</li><li>Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.</li><li>Implement strategies for employer branding.</li></ul> <ul><li>+ 3 years experience with full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.</li><li>Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). </li><li>Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions. </li><li>Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.</li><li>Full-time availability.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish.
