<p>Description</p><p>This Part Time Customer Service Representative position will assist inbound callers with program inquiries and website utilization. Reliability and flexibility are both crucial for this role. Full training is provided!</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Regular Weekly Shifts:</strong></p><ul><li>Saturdays from 10:30am to 3:30pm</li><li>Sundays from 3pm to 8pm/close</li><li>Additional shifts may become available during the week as business needs arise</li><li>Work from Home - must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment</li><li><em>Training will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm and is</em> <em>approximately 2-3</em> <em>weeks in duration</em></li></ul><p><u>Compensation</u>: From $18.00 per hour</p><p><br/></p><p><em><strong>Please ensure your resume and application capture your current employment information as well as a minimum of the last 10-15</strong></em> <em><strong>years worth</strong></em> <em><strong>employment information.</strong></em></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer inbound calls and emails from system users</li><li>Perform outbound calling to program participants for proactive assistance</li><li>Provide user support with the goal of first-call resolution, drawing from training and assistive scripts</li><li>Entering ticket information into a database, including issue/action/resolution</li><li>Additional data entry where required</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency with computers</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li><li>Efficient, strong &amp; professional written communication skills</li><li>Work well independently and as part of a team</li><li>Organized and detail oriented</li><li>Strong ability to utilize resource documentation to provide inquiry resolutions</li><li>Take ownership of and have a sense of urgency in resolving an issue</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Clear/fluent English speaker with a positive demeanor</li><li>Must be able to meet quality and customer experience expectations</li><li>Ability to successfully complete training by meeting expectations for assessments, knowledge checks and applying content</li><li>Must be reliable &amp; flexible</li><li>Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment</li><li>Must live within driving distance to office in Clifton Park, NY</li></ul><p><strong>Part-time Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Sick Time</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p><strong>Please Note:</strong></p><ul><li>All offers of employment for this and all positions at DiRAD Technologies are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check.
