Lead Pharmacy Technician, IPU - Remote (must reside in PA or TN) at Dragonfly Health

<p><strong>Schedule </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Monday–Thursday</strong>: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. ET</li> <li><strong>Sunday</strong>: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET</li> <li><strong>Two holidays per year</strong></li> <li><strong>Flexibility to adjust scheduled hours or days based on business and operational needs</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the onboarding, training, and development of IPU team members and provide IPU leadership with feedback on training progress and day-to-day performance.</li> <li>Identify training needs and assist with the development and delivery of training materials in partnership with the Education Department.</li> <li>Monitor workflow, staffing, and service levels and help coordinate resources to meet operational needs.</li> <li>Assist with scheduling, training activities, team meetings, and other day-to-day operational needs.</li> <li>Serve as a resource for questions or concerns related to IPU processes and procedures, assisting with troubleshooting, follow-up, and resolution as appropriate.</li> <li>Identify and research quality issues and maintain accurate QA tracking and documentation.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining reference materials, departmental procedures, job aids, and other operational resources.</li> <li>Help communicate process updates, policy changes, priorities, and other operational information as needed.</li> <li>Compile and maintain team statistics, reports, and operational documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate communication of outstanding issues, priorities, and operational needs across shifts and with IPU leadership.</li> <li>Provide day-to-day operational support when the IPU Supervisor is unavailable.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li> <li>Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with consistent follow-through on responsibilities</li> <li>Ability to monitor workflow and support team members, including those working remotely</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs</li> <li>Ability to maintain schedule flexibility to support changing business and operational needs</li> <li>Formal or informal leadership experience</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and department specific systems</li> <li>Excellent attendance record </li> <li>Minimum of six months of IPU experience and good standing with the company</li> <li>CPhT certification preferred</li> <li>Residency in Pennsylvania or Tennessee and current Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure in the applicable state are required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why IPU Technicians are important</strong></p> <p>Our IPU Technicians are the bridge between members, providers, and pharmacists.
