engage with existing software customers to uncover consulting, training, and implementation opportunities.</li><li>Develop tailored service proposals that align with customer objectives and enhance their return on investment.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Relationship Building and Customer Success</strong><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor for their service needs.</li><li>Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide customized service solutions.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and by addressing concerns or barriers to success.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Collaboration and Internal Coordination</strong><ul><li>Partner with internal software sales team to ensure a seamless transition from software sale to service delivery.</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.</li><li>Perform will be considered.</p><ul><li>Associates or a Bachelor degree in Business or related field is preferred.</li><li>3-5+ years sales experience preferably in the software or technology fields.</li><li>Must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment.</li><li>Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, results-oriented, and a self-starter.</li><li>Must be able to process information gathered quickly and effectively to overcome objections.</li><li>Must have problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, presentation skills, and professionalism.</li><li>Must be able to understand and pass training courses related to the technology, products, and services EAC offers to the client.</li><li>Demonstrated a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals</li><li>Excellent computer skills and knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.</li><li>Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Skilled in coordinating and managing internal resources effectively.</li><li>Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.</li><li>Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals.</li><li>Must be able to travel within the assigned territory building relationships, selling opportunities, and attend events after business hours as
