Rather than just accepting the status quo, you like exploring new tools, testing ideas, and suggesting smarter ways of working.</p><p>Over the course of this 12-month rotational role, you’ll work across several teams at <strong>egg</strong>, gaining visibility into how we design, sell, and deliver events for our clients. Your mission will be to observe how our teams operate, identify opportunities where AI or automation could support our work, and propose practical ideas that could help us work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Rotate across several teams including <strong>Operations, Experience, Commercial, and Tech/Digital or a back-office function</strong>, gaining visibility into how we design, sell, and deliver events.</p></li><li><p>Observe and analyse workflows, processes, and recurring challenges across teams.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities where <strong>AI tools or automation</strong> could help improve efficiency, reduce manual work, or enhance collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Research and experiment with AI tools that could support areas such as project delivery, creative development, research, reporting, or internal processes.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with colleagues across the business to explore and test practical ideas or small pilots.</p></li><li><p>Share insights and recommendations on how AI could support teams and improve the way we work.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends that could be relevant to the event and experiential industry.</p></li><li><p>Present findings and suggested improvements to teams and leadership throughout the program.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Must haves</strong></p><p>(We really mean it.
