You will ensure seamless integration of our ERP connectors, provide hands-on support to clients, and collaborate with external development partners and internal cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in making sure our connectors run smoothly, scale effectively, and bring measurable value to our clients.</p><p></p><p><strong>💥 What will you do?</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Product Management</strong></p><ul> <li><p>Oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP connectors: design, deployment, optimization and version control.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with external development partners to align business requirements and technical specifications.</p></li> <li><p>Provide guidance on ERP configurations and their impact on connectivity with Embat.</p></li> </ul><p><strong>Client Support and Incident Management</strong></p><ul> <li><p>Act as the primary contact for ERP connector-related client support.</p></li> <li><p>Troubleshoot client-reported issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate as needed.</p></li> <li><p>Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution.</p></li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements & Project Management</strong></p><ul> <li><p>Collect and define new requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.</p></li> <li><p>Translate requirements into clear project specifications and manage delivery with external partners.</p></li> <li><p>Coordinate testing and integration of new features.</p></li> </ul><p><strong>Metrics & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul> <li><p>Define, monitor, and report key success metrics for ERP connectors.</p></li> <li><p>Identify opportunities for performance, reliability, and user experience improvements.</p></li> <li><p>Guarantee timely delivery of updates and enhancements.</p></li> </ul><p><strong>Pre & Post-Sales Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide technical expertise to sales teams during demos and pitches.</p></li></ul><p>Support client onboarding to ensure smooth ERP connector implementation.</p><p></p><p><strong>💥 What are we looking for?</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Engineering or related fields.</p></li> <li><p>2–4 years of experience in ERP (ERP (Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics F&O) consultancy or implementation projects.</p></li> <li><p>Knowledge of ERP system configurations and basic accounting/finance concepts.</p></li> <li><p>Basic understanding of REST APIs.</p></li> <li><p>Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p></li> <li><p>Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.</p></li> <li><p>Collaboration and teamwork skills, proactive and eager to learn.</p></li> <li><p>Fluency in Spanish and English.</p></li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>💥 What comes with working at Embat?</strong></p><p><span>We offer a platform that allows you to reach your professional and personal goals.
