Our roots in employee-managed operations reflect our commitment to quality, consistency, and client success.</p> <p>If you enjoy working in a hyper-fast-growing company, are eager to be part of an agile team, and want to be part of our success story, then let's talk!</p> <h2><strong>🎯 Role Overview</strong></h2> <p>As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will support cybersecurity initiatives across data center operational technology environments, from asset discovery to segmentation and risk assessment.</p> <p>You will be responsible for helping our clients protect critical OT and industrial systems while coordinating closely with site operations, automation, and IT teams.</p> <h2><strong>🧩 What You Will Do</strong></h2> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support OT cybersecurity initiatives across data center operational technology environments</li> <li>Assist with OT asset discovery, inventory validation, segmentation support, and control mapping</li> <li>Support OT risk assessments, remediation tracking, and risk-based prioritization for OT environments</li> <li>Coordinate with site operations, automation systems, physical security, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders</li> <li>Support OT cybersecurity standards, procedures, runbooks, and operational handoff documentation</li> <li>Assist with OT security tool deployment, configuration validation, and integration with cybersecurity reporting where applicable</li> <li>Support readiness activities for audits, assessments, and regional OT cybersecurity workstreams</li> </ul> <h2><strong>🧠 What You Will Bring</strong></h2> <p>The top candidate will have the following skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in OT cybersecurity or industrial control system security</li> <li>Experience with OT cybersecurity or industrial control system security; Data center, critical infrastructure, building automation, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, or ICS environments; Network segmentation and secure remote access concepts for OT environments; NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or comparable control frameworks; OT asset inventory, risk assessment, remediation tracking, and operational documentation; Cross-functional coordination with facilities, operations, automation, IT, and cybersecurity teams</li> <li>A passion for bridging the gap between IT security practices and OT/industrial environments</li> <li>Ability to work safely and effectively within live operational technology environments</li> <li>An undying concern about the unique operational risks of protecting OT and industrial systems</li> <li>A willingness to coordinate closely with site operations and automation teams on the ground</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings</li> </ul> <p><em>Ideally you have...</em></p> <ul> <li>A degree in Industrial Controls, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Ability to support readiness activities for audits and regional OT cybersecurity workstreams</li> </ul> <h2><strong>📦 Key Deliverables</strong></h2> <ul> <li>OT asset discovery and inventory support</li> <li>OT risk assessment and remediation tracking</li> <li>OT segmentation and control mapping support</li> <li>OT cybersecurity standards, procedures, and runbooks</li> <li>OT security tool deployment and validation support</li> <li>Cross-functional coordination with site operations, automation systems, IT, and cybersecurity teams</li> <li>Audit and assessment readiness support for OT environments</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Pay Range for jobs in the US.</p></div><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$100 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>👥 Our Values</strong></p> <p>We are privileged to serve our loyal customer base in our mission to build lasting relationships with our clients based on trust and mutual success.
