<h2><u>About the Role</u></h2><span>As a Clinical Informatics Analyst on the Medical Intelligence Team (MIT), you will serve as a connector between medical excellence and technological innovation. Your mission is to bring safe, high-quality clinical and operational value to patients, providers, and the healthcare ecosystem. You will translate ever-evolving medical literature into actionable, evidence-based digital content—optimizing patient routing, care delivery, and clinical outcomes. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and oversight of clinical content, algorithms, and AI components across multiple Fabric products.</span><br/><h2><u>What You'll Do</u></h2><ul><li><strong>Literature Synthesis:</strong><span> Rapidly source, critically appraise, and synthesize medical literature (clinical trials, consensus guidelines, and practicing physician opinion) to inform content creation.</span></li><li><strong>Clinical Logic Translation:</strong><span> Translate complex clinical rules and medical literature into functional logic, decision trees, or system configurations.</span></li><li><strong>System Implementation:</strong><span> Master Fabric’s proprietary configuration tools to implement new clinical content, ensuring technical execution aligns with clinical intent.</span></li><li><strong>Clinical Mapping:</strong><span> Utilize standard terminologies (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT) to map clinical concepts to structured data models for platform integration.</span></li><li><strong>Quality Assurance &amp; Testing:</strong><span> Perform rigorous validation of your own work and peer-developed logic to minimize organizational risk and ensure high-quality output.</span></li><li><strong>Data Analytics:</strong><span> Analyze datasets to measure the impact of content changes and identify opportunities for further clinical innovation.</span></li><li><strong>AI &amp; LLM Proficiency:</strong><span> Utilize LLMs and AI tools to improve team efficiency and enhance Fabric’s products at-large.</span></li><li><strong>Ad Hoc Responsibilities:</strong><span> Remain responsive to a variety of requests relevant to supporting Fabric’s clinical logic products, business growth, or unexpected industry evolutions.</span></li></ul><h3><br/></h3><h2><u>Why You Might Be a Good Fit</u></h2><ul><li><span>You are a process-oriented thinker who thrives on translating clinical knowledge into technical architecture.</span></li><li><span>You possess a detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to work "deep in the weeds" while keeping the big-picture vision in mind.</span></li><li><span>You are excited by the intersection of AI, medical literature, and digital care delivery.</span></li><li><span>You are an effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across clinical and technical teams to solve complex problems.</span></li><li><span>environment with pivoting priorities.</span></li></ul><h2><br/></h2><h2><u>This Might Not Be The Right Fit If...</u></h2><ul><li><span>You prefer direct patient care over deep-work technical configuration and logic-building.</span></li><li><span>You find meticulous clinical data mapping or rigorous logic testing (validation) tedious.</span></li><li><span>You are looking for a traditional clinical role rather than a technical informatics position.</span></li><li><span>You are not comfortable with the "logic-gate" thinking (If/Then/Else) required to build clinical algorithms.</span></li></ul><h3><br/></h3><h2><u>Your Qualifications</u></h2><ul><li>Healthcare degree (RN, PA-C, NP, PT, etc.) with 1-3 years of recent or active clinical practice.</li><li><span>Consistent commitment to standard of care through dedication to current, accepted clinical practice guidelines and regulatory standards.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in clinical informatics, medical writing, or health technology implementation or can demonstrate the ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams outside of direct clinical care (for instance: quality improvement projects; clinical content development; or work outside of a clinical setting)</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of programming logic, Microsoft Office, and the ability to rapidly master new LLM and SaaS tools.</span></li><li><span>Native-speaker level of fluency in English (written and verbal).</span></li><li><span>Significant sense for user experience or a demonstrated willingness to learn UX principles.</span></li></ul><h3><br/></h3><h2><u>Medical Intelligence Team (MIT) Core Competencies</u></h2><ul><li><span>Collaboration &amp; Communication: Proactive and clear communicator to collaborate with MIT and cross-functional team members. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses.
