Work-from-home and in-office options are currently available.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Salt Lake City, UT</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Take inbound and outbound calls from members of our clients’ gyms</li><li>Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies</li><li>Explain options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships</li><li>Update billing and personal information per customer request</li><li>Document customer interaction with our in-house software</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Customer Service Representative Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Must commit to set schedule with minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday)</li><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills</li><li>Team player with willingness to learn and grow</li><li>Basic computer and typing skills</li><li>1+ year experience in call center customer service environment (preferred)</li><li>Willing to work 10:30 am - 7pm Mountain time</li><li>start date of 8/31/2026</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service Representative Benefits and Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>$12 per hour base pay plus bonuses (averages to be ($17-21 per hour)</li><li>Health insurance (including medical, dental, life, and vision)</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Free VASA Fitness gym membership – includes total access to weights, cardio, basketball, swimming pool, tanning, and more at any location!</li><li>work-from-home opportunities</li></ul>
