<p><strong>Hey there, Future Team Member!</strong></p> <p>We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our friendly and collaborative engineering team of software engineers based in Thessaloniki, Athens and Eindhoven, led by our CTO and Project Manager.</p> <p>We're a mix of backgrounds and experiences, but we all share a love for building great products and a commitment to continuous improvement. We're a hybrid or remote team, and we value open communication, collaboration, and a supportive environment.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>We're building some pretty cool web and mobile apps, and we're always exploring new technologies. If you're excited about making a real impact and working on projects that push boundaries, you'll fit right in.</p><p><strong style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">What you'll Do</strong></p> <ul><li>Write clean, well-documented, and testable code </li><li>Review code from your teammates, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow (and we're always open to feedback on our own code too)</li><li>Help us automate our deployments so we can spend more time building awesome features</li><li>Partner with our Project Manager to break down tasks and estimate timelines accurately</li><li>Document your code and our infrastructure, clear communication is key to a happy team</li><li>Collaborate with everyone on the team to deliver awesome results</li></ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with our primary stack: Angular, Sveltekit, C#/.NET</li><li>A solid understanding of Git </li><li>A keen eye for detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude</li><li>The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team</li><li>A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or something similar</li><li>Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)</li></ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with testing frameworks</li><li>Experience with CI/CD, focusing on quality not quantity </li><li>Familiarity with cloud architectures</li><li>Experience with code reviews (both giving and receiving)</li><li>A passion for mentoring and helping others learn</li><li>Previous work experience in a related role</li></ul> <p><strong>Why you'll love it here</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Remote with local connection:</strong> Get the best of both worlds.
