You will leverage data, technology, and operational rigor in this role to deliver therapy to a diverse patient population.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide integrated behavioral health care among a team of primary and specialty care providers with attention to clinical quality and patient-centricity</li> <li>Maintain a caseload of patients in which you’ll conduct 30 to 45 minute therapy sessions for Galileo patients residing in a state of licensure with set blocks of time to support Galileo patients each week</li> <li>Work with a diverse patient population. We believe in a culture that fosters teamwork, excellence, and sound decision-making—one that is based on mutual respect and trust.</p> <p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience with providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice/care provision</li> <li>Trained with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)</li> <li>Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks</li> <li>Licensed and credentialed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma</li> <li>Active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and/or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)</li> <li>Active license in TN, CA, OR, TX, MA and/or the PsyPact is required</li> <li>It's a bonus if you are professionally fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Hourly rate equivalent to up to $110,000 annually, with compensation prorated to your part-time schedule.
