The work may include memoranda, opinions, contracts, legal analyses, and quality review against defined standards. Previous AI experience is not required.</p><p></p><p>CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, project-based</p><p>COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on project workload</p><p>LOCATIONS: Fully remote, United States</p><p>PROCESS: Application review, legal expertise assessment (AI-led), onboarding</p><p>HOURLY RATE: $140 - $245/h</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct legal research across a range of US law topics. </li><li>Analyse complex legal issues and provide well-supported conclusions. </li><li>Draft and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal content. </li><li>Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. </li><li>Identify errors, inconsistencies, unsupported conclusions, and ambiguous language. </li><li>Provide structured feedback based on legal standards and project guidelines. </li><li>Support quality assurance across legal documents and evaluation tasks. </li><li>Collaborate remotely with legal, technical, and project stakeholders.</li></ul> <ul><li>Active licence to practise law in at least one US jurisdiction. </li><li>Professional experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting. </li><li>Current or previous experience at a recognised US law firm. </li><li>Experience reviewing legal documents for accuracy and quality. </li></ul>
