This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, strategy, and M&amp;A, helping drive decision-making across a rapidly scaling, multi-brand enterprise.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to build world-class planning and analytics capabilities while directly influencing growth strategy, performance improvement initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and shareholder value creation.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>The Vice President of FP&amp;A will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business intelligence, and performance management across Guild Garage Group's growing portfolio of operating companies.</p> <p>As a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and business leaders, this executive will transform data into actionable insights, improve visibility into performance drivers, and develop the scalable reporting and planning infrastructure required to support continued growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines exceptional financial acumen with operational curiosity, strong leadership capability, and the ability to influence decisions through thoughtful analysis and strategic insight.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic Finance &amp; Executive Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team on financial performance and business strategy.</li> <li>Lead the annual operating plan, long-range planning process, and enterprise forecasting activities.</li> <li>Partner with operating company presidents to drive accountability and improve financial performance.</li> <li>Support Board of Directors, lender, investor, and executive reporting.</li> <li>Evaluate strategic investments, growth initiatives, and capital allocation opportunities.</li> <li>Develop scalable planning processes and reporting structures that support continued expansion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own consolidated budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis processes.</li> <li>Develop rolling forecasts and predictive models that improve visibility into future performance.</li> <li>Analyze financial and operational results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.</li> <li>Identify trends and key business drivers impacting revenue, margins, labor, productivity, and EBITDA.</li> <li>Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to support pricing, labor management, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Analytics &amp; Reporting Infrastructure</strong></p> <p>Lead the continued enhancement of the company's financial reporting and planning ecosystem, including:</p> <ul> <li>Power BI</li> <li>Vena</li> <li>ServiceTitan</li> <li>Sage Intacct</li> <li>Executive dashboards and KPI scorecards</li> <li>Forecast automation</li> <li>Data visualization and reporting tools</li> <li>Financial data governance and reporting processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership &amp;
