InfoTrack is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support to our People & Culture team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, People & Culture. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with Excel, PowerPoint, and administrative projects, we'd love to hear from you. This role is expected to last at least one month, with the potential to continue on a week-to-week basis thereafter depending on business needs. Pay: $28.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Temporary Position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PT Location: Remote (West Coast U.S. Preferred) Start Date: Immediate We are looking for someone who can start immediately and work during standard West Coast business hours. What You'll Do: Run, update, and maintain Excel reports Perform data entry and data validation Create and update PowerPoint presentations Organize and maintain information across spreadsheets and documents Assist with reporting and administrative projects Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working with large amounts of data and information Professional written and verbal communication skill Solution-oriented and resourceful problem solver with the ability to navigate challenges independently and identify effective solutions.
