Come join us!</span></span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span> </span></span><span> </span></span></p> <p><strong>Technical Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native</li> <li>Build and deploy applications on both iOS and Android platforms</li> <li>Implement scalable mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services</li> <li>Contribute to technical decisions regarding mobile platform strategies, frameworks, and tools</li> <li>Follow established coding standards, best practices, and development workflows</li> <li>Participate in code reviews and maintain quality standards across mobile development</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers</li> <li>Active participation in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives</li> <li>Continuously learn and adopt new mobile development practices and technologies</li> <li>Demonstrated experience using AI responsibly to accelerate their development workflow, improve code quality, and solve complex problems more efficiently</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project Implementation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle from conception to deployment</li> <li>Deliver mobile features and applications that meet business requirements on schedule</li> <li>Work with QA engineers to implement comprehensive testing strategies</li> <li>Support app store submissions and releases for both iOS and Android platforms</li> <li>Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop React Native applications with smooth user experiences</li> <li>Integrate mobile applications with Node.js/TypeScript backend services and APIs</li> <li>Implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform services</li> <li>Ensure proper state management using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions</li> <li>Optimize mobile applications for performance, security, and scalability</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve mobile-specific issues, such as crashes and performance bottlenecks</li> </ul> <strong><span>Qualifications</span></strong> <p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-7 years of experience in mobile app development roles</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications</li> <li>Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices</li> <li>Experience with Node.js, including API development and integration using REST and GraphQL</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage</li> <li>Proficient with mobile development tools and workflows, including Xcode, Android Studio, and Expo</li> <li>Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mobile-specific issues</li> <li>Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store</li> <li>Practical AI experience - Comfortable using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for prototyping, debugging, and problem-solving</li> <li>Ability to evaluate AI-generated suggestions, ensure code meets our quality standards, and be able to explain, modify, and support any AI-assisted work as if you wrote it from scratch. This approach allows our engineers to focus on what humans do best: architecting elegant systems, making thoughtful design decisions, and building technology that truly serves our users' needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development</li> <li>Knowledge of additional GCP services (Cloud Run, AppEngine, BigQuery)</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li> <li>Experience with mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools</li> <li>Background in mobile security best practices and implementation</li> </ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Infrequent travel (10%)</li> <li>Ability to occasionally work overtime or after hours</li> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li> </ul>
