Job Description We’re looking for a Remote Finance Admin Assistant who is detail-oriented, values integrity, and focuses on accuracy and process improvement. This role helps support financial operations, maintain compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes within the team. Job Responsibilities Support the processing of accounts payable and commission payments with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in maintaining business license compliance, including registrations and renewals. Help manage sales tax registrations, filings, and payments across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Track and support personal property tax assessments and payments. Coordinate routine business filings and assist with required documentation. Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines related to leases and utility accounts. Assist with financial projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Experience with U.S. sales tax filings and processes is preferred Experience supporting lease administration or lease management is preferred Preferred degree in Accounting, but not limited to related fields such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a structured environment. Proactive, dependable, and collaborative work style. Job Requirements A home office set up that meets the following: Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer. Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds. Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings. Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app. Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls. UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop) A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday) Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants). Compensation Pay rate starts at $4.00/hour and may vary by experience and location.
