<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2> <p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p> <p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p> <h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>This is a pro-bono Unpaid volunteer position.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.</p> <p> </p> <p>The <strong>Cactachafire Sourcer/Screenerr </strong> will be responsible f</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Attend virtual team meetings weekly on Tuesdays 8pm</li> <li>Login to Catcahfire on a daily basis</li> <li>Screen applying candidates within 24 hours</li> <li>Invite other candidates to apply.</li> <li>Follow up with retained candidates</li> <li>Send DNQ to those wo are not retained</li> <li>3-5 hours/week; Minimum 6 months commitment.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap</li> <li> Intereste in learning Catcahfire, iCIMS and ither HR software</li> <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and can think big picture</li> <li>Excellence communication skills (written)</li> <li>Experience with volunteering, start-up/ non-profit environment is preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Access to a computer and the internet</li> </ul> <h2>Search Word</h2>#HR, #Catchafire, @Screen, #Recruit
