<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2> <p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p> <p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p> <h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce NPSP Administrator to help us with ongoing configuration of Salesforce NPSP, and data management for our rapidly growing nonprofit.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Configure system Build reports, dashboards, and workflows.</li> <li>Implement integrations Serve as admin for Salesforce, managing users, data and security.</li> <li>Diagnose and solve technical and data quality issues involving software applications and interface.</li> <li>Attend virtual team meetings Fridays 6:00pm EST</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.</li> <li>A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.</li> <li>2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.</li> <li>Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.</li> <li>Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.</li> <li>Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports.</li> <li>Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.</li> </ul>
