We are a small, fast growing agency and if you want to make an impact here and help us build the next best agency, this is the right place for you.</p><ul></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Design</p><ul><li>Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed</li><li>Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client</li><li>Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed</li><li>Can help check assets made by the fellow designers and make sure it is up to both client and company standards</li></ul><p>Communication</p><ul><li>Keep the design team up-to-date on any client related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc)</li><li>Being able to join client calls when needed</li><li>Being able to brainstorm with both marketing and design team on trending design trends </li><li>Track assigned brand's tasks, design hours consumed per month</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Updated on design trends and can do advanced video animations</li><li>Can collaborate well with different team</li><li>Expert in Photoshop and image manipulations</li><li>Proficient knowledge on how to use After Effects and Premiere</li><li>Knows how to use Figma</li><li>Can step in and lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager</li><li>Open to feedback and uses it to improve own skills</li><li>Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team properly and accurately</li><li>Able to follow design process and task management using project management tools including but not limited to ClickUp, Asana, etc</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Benefits and Perks of the Job</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>100% Remote: avoid the stress and hassle of a commute and raise your productivity</li><li>Our office hours are 9-5PM PST and we require you work 4 hours within that time frame</li></ul><p> </p>
