The SIS is responsible for delivering contracted products and services such as reports, business rules, and general software configuration. The SIS will interact with customers as a primary representative for Journal Technologies as well as coordinate and complete a variety of activities in the configuration process. The Software Implementation Specialist will be a standing expert on Journal Technologies’ Product offerings, our internal implementation processes, and the customer’s business processes. </span></p><p experience or comparable software implementation experience preferred.</span></li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Working knowledge of several of the following: Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, JasperReports or Crystal Reports, SSRS, Java, Groovy, and Velocity.</span></li><li
