About the Job

As a Bilingual B2B Customer Support Representative with Keeper, you will handle client requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce (including troubleshooting and real time assistance). Requirements

1+ years of experience in a technical B2B (business to business) support role
Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Fluent in Portuguese and English in both written and verbal skills
