We celebrate change and are always looking for ways to do things better!<br/></p><p><strong>Compensation $80K - 130K plus</strong></p><p>(Inclusive of both base pay and targeted commission)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Forge new paths, achieving vertical success through proactive prospecting, creating enough opportunities per month to exceed your sales target.</li><li>Engage with 20-25 prospects weekly, blending your efforts across direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events.</li><li>Balance travel for face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings across the entire U.S.</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate leads and opportunities.</li><li>Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring no opportunity is left unturned.</li><li>Embrace a disciplined, repeatable sales process, and consistently enhance your skills and industry knowledge.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>A resilient market builder with a proven track record of at least three years experience in B2B full-cycle sales.</li><li>History of selling a service-related solution in the Senior Care industry or similar, such as Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Memory Care.</li><li>Experience prospecting and selling across a large region within a defined vertical.</li><li>A strategic thinker with experience in a sales methodology (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).</li><li>A professional with a positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges and changes.</li><li>Self-motivated, driven, and competitive, with a working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.</li><li>A proactive communicator, adept at opening doors and engaging potential clients in person and over the phone.</li><li>Assertive and persuasive, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close.</li><li>Ability to travel across the entire United States</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Uncapped commission plan.</li><li>A comprehensive 3-month training program and ongoing sales development.</li><li>A supportive culture that values cross-team cooperation and employee appreciation.</li><li>A clear career path with opportunities for advancement.</li></ul><p>Join Us: If you have the drive to own your territory, the skill to self-generate opportunities, and the assertiveness to see them through to success, we want to hear from you.
