Responsibilities include assessing eligibility for placement, communicating with referral partners and guardians, and providing trauma-informed support, including de-escalation when needed. Requires multitasking across systems, navigating EHRs, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. Ideal for candidates with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. Social Work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, Human Relations, or Criminal Justice) preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience (e.g., working with vulnerable populations, intake coordination, or crisis management may be considered.Licensure/Certification: Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
