This role transforms raw data into clear, compelling narratives through dashboards, reports, and analyses that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities. The Data Analyst serves as a key resource across departments - working with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to answer data-driven questions and drive continuous improvement.</p><p></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned prospects from initial discovery through contract execution.</li><li>Conduct compelling discovery calls and product/service demonstrations tailored to prospect needs.</li><li>Develop and present customized proposals and pricing packages.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in the CRM.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with SDR/BDR team on outbound strategies and account prioritization.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention.</li><li>Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market insights.</li><li>Continuously develop product knowledge and competitive positioning.</li></ul> <ul><li> 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.</li><li>Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar).</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear business insights.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards</li><li>Strong english proficiency (B1- C1)</li></ul>Nice to have <ul><li>Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, or automation.</li><li>Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with dbt for data transformation.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance analysis.</li><li>Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketing analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of data modeling concepts and dimensional design.</li></ul> <ul><li> Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance. </li></ul><ul><li> Growth Opportunities: As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us. </li></ul><ul><li> Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.</li></ul><p></p><p>As part of our recruitment process, all candidates will be kindly asked to agree to Lago’s Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement.
