margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"> </p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Coordinate Central Billing Office activities related to ensuring the collection of funds for all billable services so that goals are met in Bad Debts, AR Days and Cash collections</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Submission of electronic and paper claims (qOD), processing Patient Statements (qW), posting of electronic payments (within 72 hrs of receipt) are the main activities within this coordination responsibility</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Verify all claims are submitted timely and accurately</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Demonstrate understanding of CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding for all practice specialties</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Verify and communicate eligibility, benefits, and patient responsibilities for any assigned accounts</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Perform special projects related to billing and collection efforts</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Assist with posting charges, payments, and adjustments to accounts with a high degree of accuracy</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Understanding of federal compliance issues related to billing and collections</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Keep supply expenses at or below those budgeted</li><li style="color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Develop a relationship with third party payers and vendors to ensure cash flow is maximized</li></ul><p style="line-height: normal; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Minimum of one year working in insurance and collecting unpaid accounts</span></p></li><li><p class="bodya" style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: black;
