Join us to grow professionally and personally while making an impact.</p> <h2 dir="ltr"><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2> <p dir="ltr">We&#x2019;re hiring a <strong>Community &amp; Affiliate Manager</strong> to help us build a powerful creator community around Livaclean products.</p> <p dir="ltr">Our north star goal is simple:<br><strong>Grow and nurture a core group of 50 highly engaged affiliates inside our Discord community who feel connected to our brand, our story, and our team.</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You&#x2019;ll help build the kind of community that top-performing TikTok brandslike Comfrt and NeuroGumuse to dominate the market. This means building genuine relationships with creators, supporting them like VIPs, making Discord fun and active, and helping us host biweekly community Zoom calls.</p> <p dir="ltr">This role is part <strong>community manager</strong>, part <strong>affiliate manager</strong>, and part <strong>creator success lead</strong>. You&#x2019;ll be the human face of Livacleanwarm, personable, communicative, and deeply familiar with Gen Z social communication.</p> <p dir="ltr">Your goal is to help creators feel like they&#x2019;re part of something meaningful, not just a program.</p> <p><br></p><h2 dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Community Building &amp; Engagement (Primary Responsibility)</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Own and manage our Discord community, ensuring it is active, fun, and welcoming.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build genuine 1:1 relationships with creatorslike a friendthrough stories, comments, DMs, and regular check-ins.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Encourage creators to join Discord through manual outreach, comments, and DMs.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support the growth of our first <strong>50 core Livaclean affiliates</strong> and treat them as VIP customers.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Participate in all community calls (bi-weekly), providing support, energy, and a warm on-camera presence.<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Creator/Affiliate Relationship Management</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build rapport with affiliates and influencers, keeping them engaged and informed.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide creators with resources, updates, and reminders about campaigns and promotions.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist founders during calls until you&#x2019;re ready to lead or co-lead them.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain personal connectionslearning their content style, life updates, and preferences.<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Discord Management</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Organize and optimize Discord channels, roles, automations, and engagement systems.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Run mini-challenges, events, polls, and interactive activities to create a lively atmosphere.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monitor community health and propose improvements regularly.<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Outreach &amp; Growth</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Use manual outreach (DMs, comments, replies) to invite TikTok creators and affiliates into Discord.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify potential affiliates on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with our existing affiliate managers (Jean &amp; Emiliana) to align on goals, communication, and onboarding.<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Content Interaction</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Actively engage with creators&#x2019; contenteven if unrelated to our productto build authentic relationships.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Comment on videos, story replies, and posts to deepen engagement and keep Livaclean top-of-mind.<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Admin &amp; Coordination</strong></h3> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Help founders prepare for community calls with agendas, reminders, and follow-ups.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Track Discord engagement metrics, affiliate performance, and creator onboarding progress.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain clean communication logs and tracking sheets for creator interactions.<br><br></p></li></ul> <p dir="ltr"></p> <p></p> <h2 dir="ltr"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2+ years of experience as a <strong>Community Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Creator Manager</strong>.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong understanding of <strong>Gen Z social communication</strong>, TikTok culture, and creator ecosystems.<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Warm, friendly, and personable on camera (a strong visual presence is a huge plus).<br><br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong written English skills;
