You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing project delivery and quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in industry events and networks.</b></div> <div style="font-size: 16px; font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 26px;"> </div> <div style="font-size: 16px; font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 26px;"> <ul> <li>Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients on accounting standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.</li> <li>Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of consultants and accountants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Collaborate with partners, directors and senior managers across the firm on cross-functional and cross-service line initiatives.</li> <li>Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, issues, and challenges in the accounting and consulting industry.</li> <li>Demonstrate leadership, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the firm's values and mission.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, required with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics, preferred.</li> <li>Seven (7) years’ experience in public accounting or within an accounting department, demonstrating a proven progression in complexity, scope, required.</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory position. </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), required.</li> <li>Experience using Caseware, preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Munis, Incode, preferred.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div style="font-size: 16px; font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 26px;"> <div style="font-size: 16px; font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 26px;">At LSL, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package along with a supportive team-focused environment.
