Low-volume, high-judgment approach.</p><h2>Role Summary</h2><p>Support our advisory team in executing research-driven communications. Assist with drafting, analysis, and coordination while upholding our "silence as strategy" ethos. Entry-mid level role to grow with the firm.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Draft/edit client memos, briefings, op-eds, and stakeholder comms materials grounded in narrative research.</p></li><li><p>Monitor media, social discourse, and competitor narratives using tools like Google Alerts/Meltwater.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate low-volume social posts, emails, and events (no metrics-chasing).</p></li><li><p>Conduct basic stakeholder mapping and risk scans.</p></li><li><p>Support senior strategists with research (e.g., discourse analysis).</p></li><li><p>Maintain client confidentiality and internal knowledge base.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related (1-3 years exp; freshers with strong portfolios considered).</p></li><li><p>Exceptional English writing/editing; regional language bonus.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with comms tools: Canva, Google Workspace, basic analytics (Hootsuite/Twitter).</p></li><li><p>Interest in startups/tech/public affairs.</p></li><li><p>Traits: Detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, thrives in ambiguity; reliable async communication.</p></li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><p>Work with founders on high-stakes strategy (not routine PR).</p></li><li><p>Fully remote, flexible hours across IST.</p></li><li><p>Mentorship in narrative strategy.</p></li><li><p>Fast growth to senior roles with performance.</p></li></ul>
