If you're driven, proactive, and ready to grow with a company that's nationally recognized for its success — we invite you to apply and build your career with us!</p><p>We're looking for an experienced and people-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function — fully remote!</p> <p></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience leading or directly managing high-performing teams in a Human Resources function (Remote and on-site in the U.S). </li><li>Non-negotiable requirement: Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.</li><li>Best practices across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.</li><li>Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at every level of the organization.</li><li>Strong self-management and organization, with the discipline to thrive and stay accountable in a fully remote environment.</li><li>Availability: Full-time, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours (Eastern Time).</li></ul> <p></p><p>What we offer you:</p><ul><li>Competitive compensation: Base hourly pay between $14–$18 USD/hour</li><li>A fully remote role with a stable, predictable 40-hour weekly schedule.</li><li>Ongoing professional development to keep growing your skills and advancing your career.</li><li>Real room to grow — performance, not tenure or team size, defines the ceiling of your impact and advancement.</li><li>Paid Time Off after twelve months.</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful difference — building a workplace culture that helps our team help immigrants achieve their dreams of a better life in the United States.</li></ul>
